Black honey processing is one of the most labor-intensive methods in specialty coffee. The mucilage stays on the bean for up to 15 days of sun drying, naturally fermenting to create rich, complex flavors. The result is a medium roast single origin coffee with notes of strawberry, peach jam, fig, and cocoa — sweet, balanced, and unlike anything you'll get from a standard washed or natural process coffee.
